Technical Support

For those customers with a current maintenance contract, Technical Support is included in your maintenance contract. For those customers without a current maintenance Technical Support is fee- based. Technical Support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain time, Monday through Friday.

You have several options to request Technical Support for GibbsCAM:

  1. Send an email to:  for technical support from us.  Please provide accurate contact information and a description of your issue. A Case Number will be assigned to your request and the Case will be assigned to an engineer that will contact you for further detail.
  2. Call (661) 200-5810 or email to request technical support from 3D Systems.
  3. Visit the GibbsCAM Customer Support Center.  You will find the GibbsCAM Knowledge Base, training videos, the GibbsCAM Journeyman Series and technical webinars and more at the Customer Support Center.
