Technical Support from Daystrom

We are your first line of support for GibbsCAM.

For those customers with a current maintenance contract, Technical Support is included in your maintenance contract. For those customers without a current maintenance Technical Support is provided, however you will take a lower number in the support queue.  If you would like to reactivate your maintenance contract contact our Sales Department at 303-534-8345.  Technical Support is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain time, Monday through Friday.

Your options to request Technical Support for GibbsCAM:

  1. Send an email to: Daystrom Tech Team for technical support from us.  Please provide accurate contact information and a description of your issue. A Case Number will be assigned to your request and the Case will be assigned to an engineer that will contact you for further detail.
  2. Visit the GibbsCAM Customer Support Center.  You will find the GibbsCAM Knowledge Base, training videos, the GibbsCAM Journeyman Series and technical webinars and more at the Customer Support Center.
  3. To request a new posts processor or post modification, go here.
